Gloucester Antiques Centre recognises both the environmental and aesthetic value that antiques deliver. Antiques are greener than mass produced modern equivalents due to their traditional, handcrafted methods of manufacture and also because they are and have been re-used, recycled and restored rather than being disposed of when worn out.
Antiques also possess a degree of character absent from many modern pieces. Having already proved their usefulness and timeless character through over 100 or more years of service, they are not only personal investments, but also investments in our heritage for the benefit of future generations.
